TORONTO, ONT – Toronto Fashion scene wasn’t lacking in March with a triple treat of fashion at the Waterworks. TFI, the Toronto Fashion Incubator celebrated 30 years of fashion with a spectacular fashion show and 25th anniversary of their New Label competition and the opening of the inaugural 2017 Toronto Women’s Fashion Week.

The Black Tie Gala appropriately named TFI XXX, saw some of Toronto’s most influential fashionistas, designers, patrons to the arts and bloggers walk the red carpet and later treated to a VIP Dinner with Concierge Service.

The 2017 New Labels Competition featured five fabulous and up and coming Canadian designers Sebastian Guarin, Ryan Alexander Smith, Claire Lemaître-Auger, Michael Zoffanieri and Andrew Coimbra competing for a prize packaged valued at over $90,00

22 year old Michael Zoffranieri , the winner of the $30,000 Suzanne Rogers Award for Most Promising New Label.

The winner, after much deliberation of the $30,000 Suzanne Rogers Award for Most Promising New Label went to 22-year-old Michael Zoffranieri for his Zoff line.

**The Toronto Fashion Incubator (TFI) is an award-winning and highly-acclaimed non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and nurturing Canadian fashion designers and entrepreneurs. TFI is the world’s first official fashion incubator. TFI was established in 1987 by the City of Toronto.
