2017 RE\SET

TORONTO, ONT –  THE COLLECTIONS™ hosted RE\SET Fashion at Toronto’s historic The Great Hall on February 6 and 7, 2017.

In the Longboat Room, Day 1 designers (which included Vogue’s Designer to Watch and DHL Exported winner, Sid Neigum, Toronto-based duo Markoo, Pedram Karimi and Klaxon Howl) presented select looks from current and recent collections.

First out of the gate, Vogue’s Designer to Watch and DHL Exported winner, Sid Neigum showcased eight monochromatic looks in black, white and red from his SS17 collection.**

Toronto-based duo, Markoo put on an impressive show in the Conversation Room showing a stunning collection that focused on pants, outerwear and textured pieces.**

Menswear line Klaxon Howl’s static presentation projected an air of strength and masculinity of 1960’s Frenchmen mixed South American rebel.**

Avant-garde brand, Pedram Karimi used his time to put on a real show for guests with an eccentric musical performance by Montreal-based singer Apigeon who, while singing, undressed and redressed in various designs on stage, helped by two male models that tended to her every need.**

RE\SET also featured designers Namesake, Tara Rivas, S.P. Badu, Triarchy, Dean Davidson, Krane, Cuchara, Dolorous, Uncuffed Leather, and Zvelle.
