TORONTO, ONT – REEL Canada has announced that April 9th, 2017 will be celebrated as ‘National Canadian Film Day 150’
Billed as the largest 1-day film festival in the world EVER!… it will hit Canada coast to coast and help kick off Canada’s 150th birthday.
On hand at the media announcement at the prestigious tiff lightbox in downtown Toronto were some of Canada’s favourite screen actors and directors including Colm Feore, Aton Egoyam, Robert Lantos and Patrick Huard.
National Canadian Film Day 150 will include over 800 screenings in communities across the Canada and in Canadian embassies around the world.
