TORONTO, ONT – The 6th annual Frocktail Party for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation was held at the stunning Arcadian Loft in Toronto on Friday November 20th.

The annual and highly anticipated Frocktail Party was once again a sell-out raising over $100,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and closer to a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.

The trendy event was attended by nearly 500 of Toronto’s most fashionable, bidding on designer dresses by Balmain, Gucci, Zac Posen, Givenchy, Miu Miu, Valentino, Versace, Dior, Alexander McQueen and more! This year’s hottest items were “His and Hers” custom Burberry trench coats, a silver fox fur blanket from Caroline Furs, a custom suit from Garrison Bespoke and a pre-loved Alexander McQueen clutch!

The event also included The Revlon Professional Style bar doing hair touch-ups and CND providing complimentary manis at their nail bar.

Over the past six years, Frocktail Party has raised more than $300,000 for JDRF.  This year was another huge success bringing fashion lovers and frocks together for a great cause!

The Frocktail Party was founded in 2009 by Jessica Oliver, Ali Reid and Jen Foster who wanted to make a difference in support of Jessica’s sister Vanessa, diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at six-years old.
